Structurally Strong
Sturdy steel frame and walls are galvanised. Frame is welded and have multiple steel beam to bear the load. The whole module has its own utilities connection points.
Insulation Champion
Roof and walls are made from thick galvanised EPS sandwich panels with the option to upgrade to ACC panels. High fire resistance and weather resistance and keeping the modules comfortable year round.

What is a Ranger Module?A Ranger Module is a Modular house that is either delivered pre-built or assembled on site after delivery that does not require heavy construction like building a traditional house while still ensure all the benefits of the traditional house without breaking the bank.

How long do I receive it after I place an order?This will depend on how much customisation you're making and how many module you are ordering. Generally, it will take around 8 weeks from the moment you place the order until the Ranger Module shows up at your door and 1-5 days of assembly depending on the size of the project.

*Do Ranger Modules need planning permit?Generally, these are considered as secondary dwelling and will need to consult with a town planer or your local council if you intend to use it as a house for living. The size allowed is varied from council to council, if under a certain size and not intended for living, you may be able to put these into your yard without the need for a permit. We are happy to help you finding out with your local council/ town planer if you would like us to help with a small consultation fee.

What are all the fees I can expect from start to finish?Here's the break down of all the potential fees: Ranger Modules Fee Town planer's/ building certifier Setting up: Installation fee of the modules Utility connection (Plumber, Electrician) Landscaping - to make the Modules blend in with your land as well as be compliant with the required regulations ie separate driveway, fences ...ect Separate water, internet and electric meters (if you intend to rent these out as granny flats applicable)

Do you have a display module and where can I inspect?We assemble all of our Ranger Modules in Melbourne, Victoria and ship them Australia wide. We have display modules at assembly site and will be available for inspection upon pre-booking. Please contact us to book an inspection.

Do you deliver to remote locations?Yes we do! These Ranger Modules are perfect for remote areas. The only thing we need is the information of the site that could affect permit and the installation such as slope and vegetation on the land.

You said endless possibilities, how much customisation can we do with these modules?Currently we are offering as displayed Ranger Modules on our website and the true endless customisation is actually with the empty modules. All the internal walls are movable and the floor plan can be changed up to our technical stats allowed, please let us know what your requirements are and we are more than happy to give you a quote for free.
